H.T 6.30am. L.T 12.30pm….. A howling west to southwester at 30K’s and a super solid 5 to 6ft…the open beaches are trashed…so best clean wave options will be east of townies, fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt RoadKnight, Lorne and Kennett….Monday will be pretty much the same so ditto above….Tuesday will be west to north west at 8K’s and 3ft…fairly clean at 13th and townies…expected onshore cross shore by 2.00pm…clean loggin waves at Posso’s and Raffamea bay before the change…Wednesday will be north to north east at 20K’s and 2ft…clean small fun surf at 13th and townies…an ideal day for a cruising surf….Thursday will be westerly at 28K’s and 3 to 4ft…strong cross shore winds at 13th and townies…clean surf on the reefs from Posso’s to Bells…maybe a clean wave at Raffamea bay before the expected onshore by midday…Stay upright and make a difference Ross Rasta Surf Co.

Pat Curren a surfing pioneer from California who forged a career as a surfboard designer/shaper in the 1950’s. Pat Curren was the first of a group of surfers to charge huge Waimea Bay on gun surfboards. Curren became a specialist big wave board shaper and was at the forefront of gun surfboard design. T 5.25 am L.T 11.25 am …Tis still fairly wonky and large on the open beaches this morn…a couple out at Beacon but apart from that surfers are scarce at 13th this morn…looks like being way cleaner on the reefs this morn from Posso’s to Bells…maybe a mid to high tide wave at Raffamea Bay mid to late arvo…Saturday will be westerly at 18K’s and 4 to 5ft…way too cross shore at 13th and townies…expected to swing onshore by 11.00am…maybe a clean wave at Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Road Knight and Lorne….Sunday will be westerly at 20K’s and 5 to 6ft…still super solid and cross shore at 13th and townies…clean at Posso’s to Bells…onshore again by 11.00am…clean then at Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Addis, Pt Road Knight ,Lorne and Kennett…Monday will be west to south west at 15K’s and 4 to 5ft…large and onshore at 13th and townies…all roads again lead to the protected breaks like Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Road Knight, Lorne and Kennett…Tuesday will have super light winds early…tending northerly making for clean surf at 13th and townies…expected easterly by 2.00pm…time is of the essence…stay upright and make a difference Ross Rasta Surf Co

L.T 10.45 am….A dismal morning of surf on the open beaches…2 to 3ft with a light southerly wind at 6K’s…me thinks no options for a clean wave today…likely way too small for Lorne…mmm….Friday will be west to north west at 9K’s and 3ft…maybe a tad cross shore at 13th and townies…clean surf at Posso’s and Bells…cleaning up at Raffamea Bay on the mid to high tide….Saturday will be westerly at 15K’s and 4 to 5ft…large and cross shore at 13th and townies…clean and big at Posso’s and Bells…tending onshore by 11.00am….best then at Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Road Knight , Lorne and kennett….Sunday will be westerly at 25K’s and 5 to 6ft…still big and cross shore at 13th and townies…again the reefs from Posso’s to Bells for experienced riders…tending onshore by 11.00am…clean surf at Pt Road Knight and Posso’s….Monday will be south west at 15K’s and 4 to 5ft…still large and onshore on the open beaches…clean surf east of townies, Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Roadknight, Lorne and Kennett….stay upright and make a difference Ross Rasta Surf Co
