The Rasta 13th Beach Surf Report 10.02.19

The Rasta 13th Beach Surf Report 10.02.19…High Tide 4.21pm and Low Tide 10.15 am…a fresh westerly at 15k’s on the open beaches with a 3 to 4ft swell…super cross shore at 13th and Townies…a good day for the reefs me thinks…Posso’s to Bells will fe good…locally a mid to high tide paddle at Raffamea Bay will be an pleasant option…mmm…The autumnal pattern sets in this week with the predominate westerly winds and ground swell being fed from the Antarctic ice gods…that means way more reef action than we’ve seen for quite a while…Monday will be west to north west at 18k’s and 3 to 4ft…fairly clean early at 13th and townies but the westerly load will create some wonk and weft on the faces…me thinks Posso’s to Bells will be good…a clean wave at Raffamea Bay beckons for the mid to high tide….Tuesday will be north westerly at 25k’s and 5 to 6ft…looking super solid at 13th and townies…the banks will be challenged but Beacon is likely to fire early…the reefs from Posso’s to Bells will be very nice…the onshore cross shore is expected by 2.00pm from the west to south west…think Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Road Knight and Lorne…maybe east of townies too…Wednesday will be westerly at 25k’s and 5 to 7ft…yes its kicked another cog and looking way too big and cross shore for 13th and townies…Posso’s will be maxing, windy but great for bigger wave riders…Bells too will be another solid option…onshore by 2.00pm…factor in east of townies, Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Road Knight, Lorne and Kennett…stay upright and make a difference Ross Rasta Surf Co
