Rasta 13th Beach Surf Report 04.07.18

13th Beach Surf Report 04.07.18…another super clean morning of small waves with a strong offshore at 25k’s plus at 2ft or so on a dropping tide…the pulses are slow and sporadic so a wait between rides…me thinks again that the incoming tide will herald better quality waves…13th and Townies will have waves…a longboard or fish would be a good choice…mmm…High Tide 4.25pm Low Tide 9.35am…once again the strong offshore has softened the swell and the size has been reduced to 2ft or so…Thursday will be north to north easterly at 20k’s and 4ft…13th and townies will have clean surf all day…the wind may again take a toll on the swell size so don’t be surprised if it’s still only 2ft or so…as Baden Powell said…be prepared…mmm…Friday will be west to north westerly at 28k’s and 5 to 6ft…tis expected to be very solid at 13th and townies…hard to see our banks cope with this swell…maybe Beacon but if the size eventuates…think Posso’s to Bells for experienced riders…tending straight westerly mid to late afternoon….Saturday will be west to north westerly at 35k’s and 8 to 10ft…another uber windy day at 13th and townies…looking too big for the open beaches…will the wind drop the swell size…well worth a look…just in case….solid surf on the reefs for Posso’s and Bells….then expected to swing west to south westerly at 4ok’s…time to think of the other breaks…east of townies, Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Road Knight, Lorne and Kennett….Sunday it will be west to south westerly at 22k’s and 7 to 9ft…large onshore surf here, protected clean surf east of townies, Fisho’s Torqool, Pt Addis, Pt Road Knight, Lorne and Kennett….stay upright and make a difference Ross Rasta Surf Co 5A1C0912-B146-43A9-B0C2-28DECED22238
